Making Quality Happen is the soul of the IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Awards. 

The Conference features the MQH Best Practices Competition exclusively for the IMC RBNQA participating organizations. 

The competition provides a platform for sharing and learning outstanding managerial practices from 
participating organizations.  Participating organizations represent sectors of Manufacturing, Service, Small Business, Overseas, Education, Health Care and NGOs. Winners in each category will receive the MQH Trophy.

The MQH conference has completed 19 years. The competition was recently introduced and has proved a great success. 

The key takeaways for participants has been immense and they benefit from the cross industry best practices being showcased.Also it provides a great networking opportunity.

The Making Quality Happen Conference: MQH Best Practices competition is scheduled every year in the month of March after 
the declaration of winners by the Panel of Judges.

Over these years the IMC RBNQ Award recipients have been very generous in their commitment towards improving competitiveness. Sharing of their best practices has helped and encouraged similar organizations in various sectors of the Indian economy to undertake their own quality and performance improvement efforts. These organizations and recipients and participants are “Making Quality Happen”.

The 2 day Conference culminates with the Awards ceremony on the evening of the 2nd day.  At the  Awards ceremony recipients of the various levels of recognition are bestowed with accolades and awards.
